Jama Masjid is located in the Chandni Chowk area of Old Delhi. The Mosque was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan and it comprises three gates, four towers and two 40 meters high minarets.

On the eve of Eid and every Friday a large number of people visit the mosque for prayers, therefore, it is possible that the tourists will not be allowed during that time.
There is no entry fee to enter the Jama Mosque however they charge a fee for photography as below:
